We have seen some canceled events, but the vast majority of event organizers choose to look for a replacement date. In these cases, the tickets remain valid. Can't you go on the new date? It is possible to resell your ticket via TicketTack.nl.
The event I have tickets for is being moved but the date is not yet known, what should I do?
It is best to keep an eye on the official communication of the organizer via the social media channels or the Facebook event. As soon as we know the new date, we will change the name of the event with the change of the date in it.
What happens if the event I bought tickets for has been moved because of the corona virus?
If you have tickets for a moved event, this is still a valid ticket. In most cases you can use the same ticket for the new date. In exceptional cases, the organization may issue new tickets to the original buyers. We will of course contact the seller to get the ticket to you as a buyer as soon as possible.
What if I can't go to the event on the replacement date?
If you unfortunately cannot go, you can sell your ticket to another fan via TicketTack.nl.
I have tickets for a canceled event and the organization has not yet said anything about refunds, what can I do?
Organizations do everything in their power to deal with this unprecedented situation. We therefore ask you not to contact them, but instead keep an eye on the official website, social media channels and the Facebook event for updates. As soon as we have more information, we will send you an update by email.
The event for which I bought / sold tickets has been canceled and the organization has said they will refuse, how do I get my money back?
Normally, the refund is returned to the seller. In this case, we will ask both parties to participate in a private conversation within six weeks, where you can arrange the refund together through a payment link or bank transfer. We ensure that everyone is aware of their obligations to each other and treated fairly!
The event I bought tickets for has been canceled and the organization said no refunds will be given, now what?
If the organization indicates that the original buyer will not receive a refund, it is unfortunately not possible to ask the seller of your ticket on TicketTack.nl for a refund.
